Very firm but great

Mattress sleeps very good. Makes back feel good in the morning.

We desperately needed a new mattress for two adults and two dogs. We are larger people and sleep with 60 lb and 12 lb dogs. This mattress is supportive for all the weight it carries from us. We got the medium so we could feel the support but also a touch of plush. Better sleep days are ahead for sure. We have been sleeping on it for about a week and my body is already feeling much better. I have arthritis and my stiffness is much improved so far. As for the unboxing, it was so simple. We opened the box and took the plastic off. The mattress looked and smelled clean. We allowed it to rise and had zero issues with it not being true to size. just buy it already!

Like other people reviewed, this mattress arrived with a defects. On one side it was 4 inches short, on the other side it was 2 inches short. The foam was also misaligned to the base so the coils stuck out 2 inches on one end and the foam stuck out 2 inches on the other end. The cover also fits loose and theres no foam protecting the bottom coils so they pushed through my bed slats. Sam's Club was great about taking care of the problem. They offered a return or replacement. I opted for a return and purchased another mattress. Sam's Club sent out somebody to pick it up for disposal. Some people had good experiences but I'd recommend going with something else.

No need for anyone to sleep on the mattress purchased at our local store for our guest room. Purchased the medium firmness %26 knew as soon as we sat down on it that the mattress was FAR too soft and had little structure to it. After reading several reviews that claimed it was like sleeping on a brick, we felt confident this would be a supportive mattress for our guest room. We didn't even place sheets on it and offer it to a guest to sleep on because it was so soft. The sides also sink low when sitting on them because there is no structure to support it. The cover is far to big for the filling - a gap of about 3" . The mattress is not returnable to the local store. So, after calling and getting a "new A.I. agent" who only said it couldn't be returned because it cost too much, I made it to a human working in a call center who had such a bad connection it was hard to communicate with him. I was transferred again "to someone who could help me" who did put a request in to have the mattress picked up. Refunds are not issued until after the mattress is delivered to their warehouse after an outside company picks up. 24-72 hours for the delivery company to call to setup a pickup time , unclear how long that might take. Was told it takes 5-7 days AFTER pickup for item to make it to the warehouse to be processed for a return. So no, this mattress is not "hotel quality" in the slightest. Don't be fooled by the name on the box or sleek advertising. This is a HUGE waste of time %26 a poor quality product. Unfortunately one would not know this until you purchase the box %26 open the mattress because it is not open in store to try. I would not recommend this producte even for an occasionally used guest space.

I absolutely hate the cover on this mattress! It's so slick the sheets have a hard time staying on and I feel like it moves every time I do at night. I don't feel like the mattress ever fully expanded especially one corner so the cover is also too lose. I got the twin firm, as far as sleeping it's satisfactory. The fact the cover zips off to wash is a great feature but please use better quality fabric!

We got the medium for my son who's moving out. The mattress itself is super nice and comfy. The top is squishy which is great and what he wanted, but with some firmness. The only issue is that one side does not expand to the height of the other. We keep the smaller side at the foot of the bed. I measured and one part is at 13.5" while the other is at 13", so not quite the 14" advertised. This leaves the covering a little loose. I believe the unevenness is due to it being rolled and the inner part that is compressed the most has been comprimised.

This is a pretty comfortable bed. More on the firm side, but not too firm. I don’t feel like it fully expanded as I can grab some of the fabric on the edges of the bed. It’s covered by a mattress pad and bottom sheet so it’s not a real big deal.

Only had a couple of weeks now, with the price you can’t beat the value. We replaced a fairly new expensive mattress with this one and this one sleeps 10x better.

DREAMY! We purchased two more expensive mattress only to return for these. We are not fans of memory foam and this is a true hybrid. We choose a king split - (2) twin XL, one plush and one medium. Heavenly! The plush is very soft and the medium is on the softer side as well. Personally, I do not feel the “cooling” aspect, but they are not hot like most memory foam. Fluffed up in a couple hours and slept on them same day. Hopefully they will hold up overtime, but you cant beat the price! Highly recommend!
