Junk - Phone is Constantly on my Floorboards

Phone will not stay on charger after even the slightest bumps. After a week of frustration I called Atomi Customer Service and they admitted that there is a problem with charger and would send a "fix" kit. The "fix" was another set of metal rings to attach to phone. The "fix" was worse than original problem and now my screen is cracked from falling off of charger. Do not buy this junk.

Good morning. First off we are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the car mount. We were made aware of an issue with the magnetic ring that was included in the package. Magnetic ring replacements that you got are much stronger than just like any in the market.. did you put the magnetic ring on the phone and then put a phone case over it? If so, the thickness of the phone case will probably hinder the magnetic strength as it would with any magnetic ring. Great except slow charging from magnetic mount

It's easy to put together and adjust, but the magnetic charger is slow, like 250-800mA max, usually around 300. This is like microUSB speeds, and not worth it for car charging. Plugging in directly I've seen 3500mA from my cables, with typically 1500. There's no excuse for this, especially since it says it's "Qi2" and "15W" charging power. It's more like 7.5W. My phone case is MagSafe-compatible and aligned with the phone's charging coils, so that's not the problem. I get better charging on an older 15W desk pad.

Worthless Don't Buy

The Mount is ok but 1 Day after getting it the magnet ring pulled off my phone and wont stick back to my phone so i cant use it

Weak Magnet

Magnet is very weak. I have an s22 ultra. Also.the cable organizer 3m adhesive is no good. It does not stick to any surface for even a single second. Wish I had read the reviews before buying.

Fast charging overall. Nice looking charger!

Been using this in my truck now for several weeks. Charges fast and works well with my case on my iPhone 15. Going to get one to put in my daughters new car as well.

Great product

I bought this charger recently and it is perfect for my truck. The magnet to hold the phone up is strong and when I hit a bump, it stayed right in place. Great gift idea! I will be buying more for my other cars.

Does nott hold phone

The magnet can barely hold itself, let alone once you stick it to your phone. Won't hold it at all. This product must have had zero testing prior to release. Who picks this stuff to put on a Sams Club shelf anyway?

Magnet is weak

I've had stronger magnets on a $5 purchase of a phone holder. This is very disappointing for an expensive item. A waste of money.
