Good morning. First off, let us apologize for the inconvenience of the magnet not working properly. We were made aware of this issue and have been updating and fixing the current inventory in all of the Sam's Clubs as well as online. We are including two stronger magnets with each item. You must have received one of the pieces that still had the old magnets in the package. If you will, please send us an email with your information to support@atomiusa.com and we will gladly send you replacement magnets. The charger piece works great so with these new magnets, you should have a great item experience moving forward.
