We were made aware of this issue and have been updating and fixing the current inventory in all of the Sam's Clubs as well as online. We are including two stronger magnets with each item. You must have received one of the pieces that still had the old magnets in the package. The charger piece works great so with these new magnets, you should have a great item experience moving forward. Not worth it!!! Stay Away!!

Just bought this for a road trip to be a helpful tool and it caused more frustration than any benefit it could have had. Every bump in the road, every pothole, every construction/work zone the phone would fall off the mount and then i would be stuck reaching around the floor trying to pick up my phone so i could see where i was going.

Magnet didnt work on my samsung with a magnet phone case, and didnt work on a magsafe iPhone I have either. Was also not fast wireless charging.

Could be better.

Only lasted 2 hrs after install. It does charge but the double sided sticky tape that keep the mount to the dash became separated from the holder so it fell off. Sticky tape is still on the dash. They need to use better adhesive.

Weak Magnet

The "powerful" magnet was anything but. Every small bump or sharp turn in the road sent the phone flying off the cradle and into the floorboard of my car. Returned this product 48 hours after purchasing. I do not recommend this product.
