The first one started pulsating after about 2 months of usage. Returned it for another one and after 3 months... something, pulsating. Sams Club... please stop selling this product. It's a waste of time and money for your loyal customers.

Bought in August, started shredding 1 second at a time by Oct. I wasnt even using it very often to make it so bad. I have 90 day to return and will be doing so asap.

Everything was going fine then it just broke. Would take in sheet slowly and start and stop repeatedly until i finally finished shredding. Luckily i was able to take it back. They only do 90 day returns on this item.

I used this for light home office use (maybe shredding 4-5 bank statements a week). It stopped working consistently about 2 years following purchase. It really should last longer than this.

We have had this shredder less than a year and now when we try to shed, it does it in like power surges...turns on for a second, turns off for a second, turns on for a second...It is super annoying and time consuming.

Same problem as others. Runs good for a week or so and then it stops. Now the power light pulses and the engine goes on and off. Come on sam's. Read these reviews. You're selling a faulty product.

I do not know if they sent me a defect or a returned one but after one test sheet of paper, it sounds like the gears are stripping inside. Returning today.

I bought this because we sold our business, and decided to get rid of stacks of papers. We scanned them, and shredded all the papers. It was several thousand papers, but I never ran 12 pieces at a time like advertised, and this shredder kept getting louder and louder and LOUDER! We returned and swapped it out.

Started off fine but now it starts and stops about 6 times while shredding one piece of paper..Takes about 25 seconds to shred one piece...So if you have plenty of time to load one paper at a time and wait 30 seconds per piece, good luck..Too late to return...Easier to burn the paper...
