Unplug, remove basket and above where the basket sits are two fisheye optic lenses, wipe them off and voila! IT WORKS LIKE NEW AGAIN! I hope anyone with this issue sees this review!

Pulses on and off when shredding, only shredding an inch or two at a time. Very slow. It starts to do this after you've used it only for a short while. Lots of other reviewers having the same issue

Wanted the 18 Sheet, but did not have in stock. Bought this and wow, what a workhorse. Spent the last 3 days running this thing shredding documents from the 80's through the 2015 and this thing ran flawlessly.

Worked very well the first go-round. Unfortunately I cannot remove the bin to empty so I have used it one time. Please tell me how to empty the bin.

I purchased a Sam's Member's Mark Micro cut 12 sheet shredder. It did not last one year the shredder would keep going on and off while shedding paper, it was very troublesome to say the least.

Loved this shredder until one day it went to what can best be described as intermittent surges of power. Shreds 3 seconds….then off….shreds 3 more seconds….and off. Going to the trash.

Purchased 12/2022 unit starting pulsing and will no shred paper. warranty says you need original packaging for proof of warranty claim . i have a fellowes which a better brand then this one read reviews before buying a 55.00 dollar shredded paper

A piece of crap!!! Bought it today; worked perferctly for about 3 bins full then started that same intermitent 2 seconds on and 2 second off as noted in a number of previous reviews.

It does a surprisingly good job for the price. As lone as you don’t over feed and jam it up, we went through 4 full kitchen garbage bags full of documents in a couple of days. The output will also work for fire starter material.

Just used mine for the second time and even though it's plugged into the wall it's acting like it's drained of power. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend wish I could give NO STARS!!!!!
