Loved this shredder until one day it went to what can best be described as intermittent surges of power. Shreds 3 seconds….then off….shreds 3 more seconds….and off. Going to the trash.

Worked very well the first go-round. Unfortunately I cannot remove the bin to empty so I have used it one time. Please tell me how to empty the bin.

A piece of crap!!! Bought it today; worked perferctly for about 3 bins full then started that same intermitent 2 seconds on and 2 second off as noted in a number of previous reviews.

Purchased 12/2022 unit starting pulsing and will no shred paper. warranty says you need original packaging for proof of warranty claim . i have a fellowes which a better brand then this one read reviews before buying a 55.00 dollar shredded paper

It does a surprisingly good job for the price. As lone as you don’t over feed and jam it up, we went through 4 full kitchen garbage bags full of documents in a couple of days. The output will also work for fire starter material.

Just used mine for the second time and even though it's plugged into the wall it's acting like it's drained of power. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend wish I could give NO STARS!!!!!

Bought in August, started shredding 1 second at a time by Oct. I wasnt even using it very often to make it so bad. I have 90 day to return and will be doing so asap.

The first one started pulsating after about 2 months of usage. Returned it for another one and after 3 months... something, pulsating. Sams Club... please stop selling this product. It's a waste of time and money for your loyal customers.

Everything was going fine then it just broke. Would take in sheet slowly and start and stop repeatedly until i finally finished shredding. Luckily i was able to take it back. They only do 90 day returns on this item.

We have had this shredder less than a year and now when we try to shed, it does it in like power surges...turns on for a second, turns off for a second, turns on for a second...It is super annoying and time consuming.
