Nice compact overall size, does great job shredding into micro size as stated. Glad we purchased this for home use.

Bought this for our home office. Does a great job. Nice and quiet. Waiting for one at office to give up the ghost so i can replace it with this one.

It is very quiet and shreds the paper really fine. It also will take the amount of paper is says it will at one time. Really like it.

I have the same complain as everyone else. It's a bad design motor keeps pulsing after a while. It seems like the sensors trigger the motor to start pulsing instead of working continuously. Lasted about a year. Garbage and dead weight.

If you are looking for a shredder at an affordable price, this is it. I tried 12 sheets at the same time, and it did what it's supposed to do. Let's see how long lasts. Bought it on 12/27/21.

I bought this for my dad for Christmas. After unwrapping it we tried to shred the wrapping paper . It shredded for about a minute & seized up! Won’t do anything. What a piece of crap…. Do not buy this. I will be returning tomorrow

Unplug, remove basket and above where the basket sits are two fisheye optic lenses, wipe them off and voila! IT WORKS LIKE NEW AGAIN! I hope anyone with this issue sees this review!

Pulses on and off when shredding, only shredding an inch or two at a time. Very slow. It starts to do this after you've used it only for a short while. Lots of other reviewers having the same issue

I purchased a Sam's Member's Mark Micro cut 12 sheet shredder. It did not last one year the shredder would keep going on and off while shedding paper, it was very troublesome to say the least.

Wanted the 18 Sheet, but did not have in stock. Bought this and wow, what a workhorse. Spent the last 3 days running this thing shredding documents from the 80's through the 2015 and this thing ran flawlessly.
