Item had been used and shipped out to me. Paper was still in the shredder and scratches on sides of shredder

Works great. easy to set up and has a nice size bin Really shreds the paper up so fine that there is no way that a person could reconstruct it

Unit is top heavy and dumps over easily otherwise shreds several documents at same time without any hesitation

Just opened it. Runs very quiet which I like. Also noticed paper shred was coming out from sides after couple of sheets. Nothing I'm going to alarm myself over.
