Purchased new a couple of days ago. Plugged in today and it will not turn on. In another comment there was a reply saying to contact customer support at a link, when I did they simply told me to return it.

I've had the shredder for a few months, and it's been great so far. I've shredded papers (with and without staples), credit cards and cds with no problems.

This shredder was a waste of money. After a few uses it would not continuously feed paper through. It would start then stop every other second. I never exceeded the paper limit and the motor burned up because of this! Ridiculous!

Got a brand new and doesn't work. Machine runs but blades don't. Complete disappointment. Do you even test products before selling them to the customers?

Quiet, works good and shreds micro style. Have this for 3 months now. Just remember to lube/clean your motor and shredder blades every few months under normal use.

I purchased the shredder in February of this year and begin using it in August. It is no longer working. I am giving it two stars becasue when it worked it was good and quiet.

I have had a few cheap shreaders in the past but this one is on a whole different level. It's quieter and shreds constant small pieces. I recommend it.

We just purchased this shredder after our old one died. We wish we had bought it sooner! It is smooth, quiet and shreds wonderfully! Definitely recommend! Reasonable price too! Thanks Sam's Club!

Have had it over a year, works get,I did buyoil for shedders ,oil it when I think of it,or it starts slowing down,I get more junk mail than anyone I know,made the mistake of contributing, now everyone wants a piece of the pie ,found out if you write return to sender,post office just trash it. So I shread it in stead.

Don't waste your time or money. Didn't last a full month. Its more noisy than the smaller unit that I have and didn't last long enough to even want to deal with the warranty claim. Its been sitting in a corner for when i need something with a bit of weight. Keep looking!
