I purchased the shredder in February of this year and begin using it in August. It is no longer working. I am giving it two stars becasue when it worked it was good and quiet.

Got it for Christmas took out the box on Saturday 3/11/23 used it for about 15 minutes and today 3/13/23 it’s has no power. Just missed the 90 day exchange. Bet I will never purchase an electronic from Sam’s ever again.

Pretty good lil shredder! I needed one for the home office and it works very well. Not to mention it’s really quiet. Perfect for shredding documents in the middle of the night before a FBI raid.

This shredder was a waste of money. After a few uses it would not continuously feed paper through. It would start then stop every other second. I never exceeded the paper limit and the motor burned up because of this! Ridiculous!

I have had a few cheap shreaders in the past but this one is on a whole different level. It's quieter and shreds constant small pieces. I recommend it.

The shredder was exactly what I was looking for. And replace two of my shredder’s, since one of my shredders did not destroy CDs. Both of my previous shredders were small so I had to empty them often. This is perfect and it cuts smaller..

Noisy! Jams up. When feeding papers, it feeds them crooked and that creates the jams. States it will cut a credit card up. Nope, it feeds the card in and sits there grinding. Took it back and got a HP shredder they were selling. A lot better.

Don't waste your time or money. Didn't last a full month. Its more noisy than the smaller unit that I have and didn't last long enough to even want to deal with the warranty claim. Its been sitting in a corner for when i need something with a bit of weight. Keep looking!

Have had it over a year, works get,I did buyoil for shedders ,oil it when I think of it,or it starts slowing down,I get more junk mail than anyone I know,made the mistake of contributing, now everyone wants a piece of the pie ,found out if you write return to sender,post office just trash it. So I shread it in stead.

I bought this in June of 2021 and started having issues with it about a month ago. This unit has been for personal use so it has not been used much. As described in multiple other reviews, the unit has started to pulse shred and continues to do so until the paper inserted is finished. Because it is past the return period, the warranty company can put me on the list for a new one, however, they are back-ordered at least through May of 2022. Do not waste your money on this one, buy a better one that you don't have to worry about replacing after less than a year.
