Bought a year ago, barely used it, went to shred 3 pieces of paper and blades locked up half way thru and it won't work. Don't buy!

Love how it shreds paper, but it seems to become louder as you use it more. When shredding a lot of paper, it becomes OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD.

I bought it on February 6th and on march 6th it started to male a loud metal grinding noise will return item for a refund or an other shredder

only works with a pulse after 2 uses. did not last at all. takes a minute to shred each sheet of paper.

Burned out within a year . Light use. Second one I bought same results . Not buying this brand anymore . Cheap made.

I bought this shredder almost 2 years ago. It worked great till about 1 month ago. It is very very slow. I thought it would last longer.

This is a great shredder, it obliterates any information on the items that you put in it. Less noisy, easy to empty.

I recently purchased this shredder, and it does a great job! It's quiet and efficiently shreds documents. I highly recommend it!

Less than a year old and quit working properly, Only feeds paper in 1/4" spurts of cutting???? Would not recommend this product.

The red-light kept coming on saying bin was full. The drawer was completely in. Would have to turn off then back on.
