Great shredder

I have had 2 of these. I love them but they keep having issues! 1st (arrived on Nov 20, 2021) one made strange grinding noises. I got the run around with customer service online but the store customer service ultimately fixed it. The 2nd one (took 1st one back and got this one on Nov 30th), does the pulsing shredding. Power cuts completely out and only shreds an inch at a time. I just got off the phone with the supplier and they tell me this one is defective as well. UGH...... Needless to say, I will not be picking up a 3rd.

Easy to use

Broke on first use

Purchased this product, but seldom used it, at most 15 times. I had very high hopes when this machine was working and it worked like magic!, When I used it, it worked excellent up until two weeks ago, when it decided to start pulsing when I started shredding documents. The refund policy is extremely confusing. on the website, it notes "Return this item for a full refund or replacement at anytime...." Called customer care, and they noted the "Read the full policy" which is contradictory. to the "full refund or replacement". That's fine, this shredder will be going to the shredder, To Sam's Club, you may want to contact the OEM about this product, seems like other customers have result the same flaw after one year.

This shredder sucks. Flat out sucks. Jams up after a few feeds of 2-3 pages, feeder never worked, warranty did not address these issues, I could not be more disappointed in this shredder. I literally threw it out Way too frustrating. Sorry to be so negative but I gave this thing almost 2 years and it did nothing but disappoint. There you go.
