I had a small shredder that was great but would only shred 5 pages at a time. And to get the paper out i had to take the top off and it would make a mess no matter how careful i was. Saw this one and liked you can pull the tray out, and it shred 12 sheets. I wasnt disappointed. I could shred whole envelopes with junk mail with no problem. It runs smooth too, minimal noise. And pulling out the tray is so great. Shreds as expected, no one will piece together your info. And the price is hard to beat. Research this, you wont find a micro shredder with pull out tray close to this price. Buy it, you wont be disappointed

Replaced my 30 y/o worn out shredder with this. Love that it effortlessly takes 10-12 pages at a time. Makes it so much faster and more efficient than the old one. The shredder micro-shredding feature and larger basket reduces the need to constantly stop and empty as well as allowing for twice the amount of documents to be placed into a disposal bag. Wish I bought this years ago!

Shredder works great for my needs. Very quiet. My previous shredder I had to lift the complete motor off the top to empty. This shredder has a pull out drawer & much more compatible to move around along with being a taller unit. I did not have these options on my previous shredder & is a plus for me.

This is the best shredder I have used. Has quiet operation, shreds in tiny pieces. Will shred several pieces of paper at a time. Handles cards too. I don't have to empty the bin as often as with smaller shredders. The price was great. This is a great buy!

Almost perfect, would buy again. The only thing that's a tiny problem is that the feeder slot is almost the exact width of standard paper, and with the way this cuts, it moves the paper toward the front, so the paper folds in on itself during shredding. No big deal if used for personal at home use.

Our name brand shredder we bought at Sam's Club bit the dust. After researching and reading reviews of possible shredder choices we decided to replace it with the Member's Mark 12-Sheet Micro-Cut Shredder. I ordered it on Friday afternoon, it was delivered on the next Sunday by Fed-X. Needless to say we were impressed immediately and after opening the box our impression went out the roof. It has wheels to easily move it, it is super quiet while shredding (our old one was not), it has a window on the drawer which allows you to see how full it is getting, the drawer pulls in and out for dumping which we love, it shuts of while shredding if it is too full or if it overheats both excellent features. We have only had it a few weeks but we have used it often and we love it. Long term I can't comment on but so far it was an excellent choice and we couldn't be happier. We have already recommended it to several people. Thanks Sam's Club for an awesome shredder.

This shredder shreds staples and credit cards with ease. I have not put 12 sheets of paper through it, but I do eight to ten at a time without a problem. It comes with one lubricating sheet. I like that it is on wheels so it is easy to move around. The only criticism I have is it sometimes says the bin is full when it's not and stops shredding. If I give it a shake, it starts right up again.

This micro-cut shredder is the best I have ever had at a fantastic price. Not only does it shred up to 12 pages at a time, it also shreds folders, cd's, dvd's, mailing labels and credit cards. As much as I try not to allow paperwork to accumulate, I still find that I have junk mail and "offers" that contain my personal identifiable information (PII) or personal health information (PHI). I can rest assured that I can shred it into small enough pieces to where it cannot be restored. It holds a lot of shredded material and the pull-out drawer is easy to empty. I loved it so much I got a second one for my home office where I have proprietary work information that must be shredded per business policies.

The shredder was easy to ease. I had so much paper to shred I was amazed how well it performed. The shredder alerted me when I needed to empty the container. I had no problems with stuck paper. I used it for over two hours the 1st time out and it held up well. I have already recommended it to a friend.

This thing makes confetti out of paper, and even eats staples! I’ve had soooooooo many shredders that claim to be cross-cut but only make folded streamers out of the paper that cost lots more than this thing and couldn’t compete with it. Excellent buy! Shredded 4-33 gallon trash bags of documents, and only had to clear two jams. THAT is performance!
