LG makes good products. I’ve had some problem with the craft ice machine and it was past the warranty. LG stepped up to the plate and Warren teed it for next year.

The repair guy was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Apparently, the craft ball ice maker is very quick to replace. Works great now. Worried though because are we in store for more breakdowns?

The fridge is great. However, the Craft icemaker for producing ball shape ice is not reliable. It requires resetting and finally, after a year's service, it broke and currently waiting for parts.
