I can purchase this at Sam's for more than half off what I'd spend at the grocery store for the same number of packages. The balls are perfect for caprese skewers. And we put a pouch in our pasta with red sauce and Italian sausage. My husband prefers the balls to be slightly intact when making pasta, while I love eating it right after they start to melt and become stringy. Either way, it's way better than preshredded mozzarella!

Underwhelmed

This was delicious as is all of BelGioioso products. However, I realized that these are not balls or "pearls", these were cut up string cheese's. So the price does not equal the product for me
