Like how the cheese was easy to remove from the ball of cheese

I saw these advertised as great to put out on a tray with basil leaves and cherry tomatoes for parties and decided to give them a try. Love love this for a healthy easy version of a caprese salad. Sometimes I have a hard time getting it to last long enough to make the salad though because the kids gobble up the mozzarella by itself.

These mozzarella pearls are perfect for making pizza or salads. All you need is this cheese, lots of cherry, grape, or heirloom tomatoes, some chopped basil, a little balsamic or sherry vinegar, and good olive oil and you have a simple, but spectacularly good salad. Or, you could make something more like a Greek village style salad and use this instead of feta. It is very simple to make, but is incredibly delicious and is also very healthy.

I started out buying these to use in pasta salads where they were a real hit, but now I toss some with tomatoes for part of my lunch every day, use them in other dishes and the grandkids love for a snack. Super fresh tasting with just a teeny salty flavor. We go through them like crazy - and you can't beat the price!

Put them in an Olive Garden style salad for my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner, were a big hit with all the guests!

These Mozzarella Cheese Pearls are delicious. They are priced better at Sams than our other grocery stores so we will continue to buy them here. They are good on about anything.

Our favorite Mozzarella balls, its great on pizza, in caprese salads and just to snack on. Only problem is when you curbside pick up you cannot control the expiration date, this one was a few days away from expiring.

Love these pearls....they make a great caprese salad. Just add grape tomatoes from Sam's Club, some fresh basil and a little balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze. Delicious!!

I’m Italian so I think I can judge mozzarella. Fresh mozzarella is an other level but this one is not so different from some good industrial mozzarella you can find in Italy. That said, it is tasty, somewhat juicy and we enjoy it. Not that bad!

I have to assume that someone thought that they were trying to make a Mozzarella, but that they just didn't try hard enough. It doesn't taste like mozzarella. It doesn't feel like mozzarella, and, it doesn't even look like mozzarella. My advice is don't buy it, they spent more effort on the packaging than the product. Now I have to figure out what I'm going to do with the rest of it.
