Used this with a big Portobello cap with Sam's club cherry tomatoes sliced in half and slivers of Basil. The cheese sits in between the tomatoes and the middle and melts perfectly in the oven. Just top with an Agave reduced balsamic glaze.

I’m Italian so I think I can judge mozzarella. Fresh mozzarella is an other level but this one is not so different from some good industrial mozzarella you can find in Italy. That said, it is tasty, somewhat juicy and we enjoy it. Not that bad!

I have to assume that someone thought that they were trying to make a Mozzarella, but that they just didn't try hard enough. It doesn't taste like mozzarella. It doesn't feel like mozzarella, and, it doesn't even look like mozzarella. My advice is don't buy it, they spent more effort on the packaging than the product. Now I have to figure out what I'm going to do with the rest of it.
