You get a large number of mozzarella pearls in this 3 pack. It was great for the caprese skewers we made. I was so happy to find them.

Needed a winter Caprese salad. Halved grape tomatoes, these little balls and fresh basil and balsamic made a winter evening feel like summer.

I can purchase this at Sam's for more than half off what I'd spend at the grocery store for the same number of packages. The balls are perfect for caprese skewers. And we put a pouch in our pasta with red sauce and Italian sausage. My husband prefers the balls to be slightly intact when making pasta, while I love eating it right after they start to melt and become stringy. Either way, it's way better than preshredded mozzarella!
