These are great to add into salads (visually look great) or to use as one of the cheeses for a pizza. I've used them inside a homemade deep dish and on top of a new york style, and in both cases it melted perfectly. They also were a nice addition before broiling on top of a homemade Mac and Cheese; they browned well and, unlike slices, didn't make it so each scoop was attached to the rest of the dish by mozzarella strings, as though spider man had fired his web hands at it.
