Great quality cameras, better than most commercial camera systems! Sound quality is good also. Very easy set-up. I have had these for about 1 month now and only real complaint is that I wish they could be set up on 5G wifi, but can only be set up on 2.4. Would like to add more of these cameras to my property.

Works pretty good, but needs help. I've used Arlo for about 8 years now and it still has the same issues. Sometimes the motion detection works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you can connect to the camera from your phone and sometimes you can't. Somedays you can play back video on your phone and sometimes you can't. You get the picture… at least some of the time. They have improved the battery issue with a small solar panel. But, then you have to buy 3 more on the internet (only 1 in the package). Arlo (netgear) you are better than this. Keep trying.

Good screen views, but unless you subscribe you can't save any videos. Battery life is only 1 or 2 days unless you have perfect sunshine all the time. I returned this after about 2 weeks.

No help from arlo

Cameras wouldn't respond. Tried to get phone support, but they have no phones to get any support at arlo. they only offer emails. If you ask for a phone number via email, they refuse to give a phone number, yet only reply with additional emails with canned responses. Makes you feel like your only corresponding with a computer via ai. Save your money, look into other systems.

Could NOT get them to connect directly with wifi!

We were excited to see these on sale as we love our Arlo doorbell but they would not connect directly with our wifi. Checking on line sounds like a common problem. You can spend another $100+ for something that might help but there goes the savings so returned them.

Don't do it!! No fine print

This came with 1 solar panel. Unless younolan in putting all of the cameras in the same area this is is simply not enough. This system requires a pabel for each camera and that us not stated in any of the advertisements. They sellnot as if thats enough. Also, this did not come with instructions. If we hadn't waited so long to install after purchase we would return this.

The battery life of these cameras is horrible. The longest the battery has lasted is 2 days. The previous Arlo cameras batteries lasted the better part of a month.
