Great quality knives, we were so surprised how sharp and thick they are being a Member's brand. Would definitely recommend them.

As a Chef, good, sharp and comfortable knives are a "must have". I have Henkel's Pro S knives and use them, but I also love my Mercer knives that cost so much less and hold an edge that even my culinary students can't destroy. I saw these knives and decided to give them a shot and have been quite impressed with their quality, but the handles are what I really appreciate. They are incredibly comfortable for daily use and a quick steeling, brings the blade back to a razor edge. I will follow-up if they don't last, but for what they cost, the value is far greater than most expensive knives.
