Hefty knife super sharp

I don't like the size of the handle it is much too thick. I have had many of the old ones, with the white handles all the way back to when I owned my diner, I still have them. My husband got me the newer style for Christmas and I just don't like them at all. they feel bulky and heavy, and it's hard for me to get my hands around the grip.

These knives are so sharp and easy to use. My only complaint is that they look like more of a utility knife rather than a nice knife you would see someone using in a beautiful kitchen. The rubber black handles are what throw me off. They are very effective and wash well in the dishwasher. They will likely last a long time because of their sturdiness.

My wife loves these knives.

terrible downgrade. these are thick, unrefined and heavy. they stay sharp since nobody wants to use them. bring back professional style knives. this is over molded garbage.
