I wear minimal make-up and have been using Neutrogena wipes for years, and have loved them. I recently purchased the improved wipes and was highly disappointed. I found them to be much harsher on my skin, needed a lot more effort/pressure to remove a little bit of makeup (certainly not the 99% the package claims) and left my skin with a burning sensation afterwards. They also now have an unpleasant smell to them that lingers on my skin.

I have been a Neutrogena user for years and have always loved their products. However I recently bought a new pack and the wipes gave my skin a TERRIBLE reaction. My eyes blew up while I was on vacation and I'm left with very scaly skin around my eyes. Trying to do damage control right now to get my skin back to normal. Won't ever buy again.

I have been using these for awhile after Ponds quit making the ones I liked. I was happy with them and the scent until the last pack I purchased last week had a distinctly different odor to it. And I'm talking odor, not scent! The smell won't come off my face so I have to go and wash my face after I use it which defeats the purpose of why I buy these, so now I will stop purchasing these and find another brand...again.

I used these wipes for years. Gradually I developed what I thought was adult onset acne, unsightly, infected lesions all over my face, which I could not control. I tried many remedies suggested by my dermatologist, none of which worked. Why did it take me so long to think of stopping using the wipes? Perhaps because I could not think that a reputable company could market a product with these side effects. Perhaps because I thought a dermatologist would have known of these issues with Neutrogena. My acne disappeared almost immediately after stopping using the wipes.

Neutrogena make up remover wipes are my must have and I take them everywhere I go. They remove my make up so easily. My mascara comes right off without damage to my lashes. The formula is soft and hydrating and doesn't leave a weird residue. I love that they're in a resealable bag so they stay moist and don't dry out. The wipes are so soft and don't irritate my skin. They're easy to store and also come in tiny to go packets for travel. A must!

I have been using this product for about 5 months now. It does an excellent job at taking makeup off. I think it has even improved my skin as I am experiencing fewer breakouts. The only problem I have is with the packaging. The self seal doesn't stick after a few uses and allows air in which dries the towelettes out. Please improve the packaging!

I have been using these wipes for 5-7 years. I bought a pack a few weeks ago and had no idea why my eyes were getting itchy, red, and scratchy. I read other recent reviews and it seems that there was a change of formula. I woke up this morning with swollen eyes and a rash.

I never write reviews on this sort of stuff but I love this product!!! A year or so ago my favorite foaming make-up remover was discontinued - I was so disappointed and have been searching for a good product ever since - well, I've found it. It removes my make-up easily (even my waterproof mascara and eyeliner) with out making my face feel grimy. I also have very sensitive skin (in the sense that any little change to my skin routine will cause me to have severe acne) so I was wary at first but so far I haven't had any issues. Anyway, my point is, it's a great product.

I have used these wipes for several years without any issues. They are now causing a red rash under both eyes. My eyes are itchy & swollen as well. I'm wondering if they have changed the ingredients in the wipes. I will no longer be using these! Very disappointing!

I would consider these to be the best makeup wipes on the market as far as makeup wipes that are available at drugstores. These truly do remove makeup (even stubborn waterproof mascara). To remove waterproof mascara a hold the wipe on my eye for a couple seconds to start dissolving the mascara. The best thing about these wipes is that they are so gentle. Many makeup remover wipes make my undereye area sting and burn, but these are gentle and do not do that.
