These makeup wipes are so amazing, I've tried so many in the past that make my eyes itch and sting when i take my makeup off and these by far for night are the best. They make your eyes very cool and dont irritate them at all. They are my #1 night product by far. I LOVE THESE.

I was initially very happy with this product as it removed my makeup thoroughly without having to rinse. However, the next day, I noticed red fine bumps all over my usually clear face. I didnt pay much attention till the next weekend when I used the wipes again and the rash got more severe. Nothing else had changed, so I am sure this is the cause. Would have been great for me if not so irritating.

Like others have mentioned, these may be ‘new,' but they are not ‘improved.' Have used them for many, many years, but I will not buy another pack until the original formula is back. My skin is now dry, red and burns. The wipes are smaller and have a very abrasive feel to them. Just beyond disappointed.

Been using this product for years and loved everything about it. I can't stand the new smell. It is very strong and I dislike it so much I've thrown away the entire pack. Will have to find a new product, and that breaks my heart since I was 100% pleased with the original version. Is there any chance Neutrogena would consider changing it back to what it was?

I bought this product a few weeks ago. At first It was fine, I didn't have a reaction but come week two, I suddenly had a rash on my face and chest. It's itchy and irritated. I've used your products in the past, but with this package, I didn't expect to have an reaction.! I've stop using this product for a week and it seems to be clearing up, slightly, but it's stil prevalent on my skin!

I've used your wipes forever and I just picked up a new pack and I can't even use them because the smell is so strong and it continues to stay on my face. I feel like neutrogena is known for its light scent and for sensitive skin. Please put it back. Or like other reviews I will find a new towelette to purchase. It's so bad! Sorry!!!

I am 16 years old, and I have very sensitive skin. These wipes do a great job of removing makeup and my skin still looks acne-free (this doesn't break me out), but they make my face burn really badly. It says on the packaging that you don't have to rinse afterwards, but I have to because my skin burns so much after using them--nothing calming about these unfortunately for me. I will still finish the package, but I will be switching to something else less irritating when I am done.

I have been using Neutrogena products for years and have always had great results! I bought two packs the other day one for me and the other for my daughter. These makeup wipes were so abrasive on my skin and they actually hurt when I applied them. Forget about trying to remove eye makeup that is when the real problems began! My eyes became red, itchy and puffy. I am so disappointed in this product. It does the opposite of what I was looking for. Instead of being gentle on my skin it was super abrasive. If you have sensitive skin STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

The cleansing towelettes are working well thus far. I was recently put on bed rest, which made it challenging to wash my face like I wanted to. The towelettes are easy to use & requires NO water. I had been using baby wipes but they made my face breakout & left my skin dry. Only have positive things to say about this product.

I tried these a month ago at a friend's house while staying with her. I loved the fresh scent and comfortable feeling on my skin. I went home and purchased them myself. I noticed the packaging was slightly different but was not prepared for the strong smell and stinging sensation. I was so disappointed. Please go back to your original formula.
