Neutrogena make up remover wipes are my must have and I take them everywhere I go. They remove my make up so easily. My mascara comes right off without damage to my lashes. The formula is soft and hydrating and doesn't leave a weird residue. I love that they're in a resealable bag so they stay moist and don't dry out. The wipes are so soft and don't irritate my skin. They're easy to store and also come in tiny to go packets for travel. A must!

I've used your wipes forever and I just picked up a new pack and I can't even use them because the smell is so strong and it continues to stay on my face. I feel like neutrogena is known for its light scent and for sensitive skin. Please put it back. Or like other reviews I will find a new towelette to purchase. It's so bad! Sorry!!!

I wear minimal make-up and have been using Neutrogena wipes for years, and have loved them. I recently purchased the improved wipes and was highly disappointed. I found them to be much harsher on my skin, needed a lot more effort/pressure to remove a little bit of makeup (certainly not the 99% the package claims) and left my skin with a burning sensation afterwards. They also now have an unpleasant smell to them that lingers on my skin.

I have been a Neutrogena user for years and have always loved their products. However I recently bought a new pack and the wipes gave my skin a TERRIBLE reaction. My eyes blew up while I was on vacation and I'm left with very scaly skin around my eyes. Trying to do damage control right now to get my skin back to normal. Won't ever buy again.

I have been using these wipes since I had my first child three years ago and I loved them for saving me so much time on my skincare routine. In the past six months my face has broken into a rash, which I thought may have been a rash signaling no lupus because it's up my cheeks and sides Of my face, except someone suggested I stop the wipes and it is starting to clear after 2 weeks off. I'm sad because I like the product, but Moreso, I'm Praying my skin isn't wrecked forever!

These makeup wipes have to be my holy grail!! Whenever I have a full face of makeup on. this is the only makeup remover that really gets all my makeup off and doesn't leave me feeling like I left residue on my skin! They are very soft and I've never experienced redness with this product!

The new formula is irritating to my face and makes my skin feel like it's burning. The wipes are very dry and thin and it now takes at least 2 wipes to get my makeup off. I've been using these wipes for over a decade but am going to have to find a new product.

These makeup remover wipes are the best! They truly remove all my makeup. I like the convenient smaller packs. They stay fresh and slightly wet. The wipes are thin and a little see through but it packs a powerful punch when it comes to removing makeup. I highly recommend these!

Been using this product for years and loved everything about it. I can't stand the new smell. It is very strong and I dislike it so much I've thrown away the entire pack. Will have to find a new product, and that breaks my heart since I was 100% pleased with the original version. Is there any chance Neutrogena would consider changing it back to what it was?

I have always used these wipes in the past and I bought a new pack last week and over the weekend I noticed some tiny red bumps on my eyelids and now today (one week after I bought them) I have very red, bumpy, itchy skin all over my eyes and cheeks! :(
