I have been using these makeup face wipes for several years. Recently, they are burning the skin all around my eyes, and my eyes are so itchy I can hardly sleep. The skin around my eyes is all dry to the touch. I can no longer use these wipes anymore. However, I have not been able to find anything compared to the product I have used for years.

I've been using these same makeup remover wipes for as long as I can remember, however when I bought a large box of them in May I started experiencing a rash on my eyelids - redness, excessive dryness, inflammation, and itchiness. At first I thought it was just environmental allergies or dryness due to weather change, however it has gotten progressively worse over the past few months. Last week my eyelids puffed up so much I could barely open and close them. I've stopped using everything in my routine and the rash cleared, and then I introduced products back 1 by 1 to see what the culprit was. It was easy to determine that it was these wipes. I don't know if the formula has changed, but I sincerely hope the company goes back to the original formulation, these were my favorite!

I have been using these wipes for 5-7 years. I bought a pack a few weeks ago and had no idea why my eyes were getting itchy, red, and scratchy. I read other recent reviews and it seems that there was a change of formula. I woke up this morning with swollen eyes and a rash.

These makeup removing clothes smell wonderful- very relaxing. They remove all of my makeup with just one wipe- foundation, powder, eye shadow, liner, and TONS of mascara. I love this product and have never found any other makeup wipes that come close to working as well as these do!

I used these wipes for years. Gradually I developed what I thought was adult onset acne, unsightly, infected lesions all over my face, which I could not control. I tried many remedies suggested by my dermatologist, none of which worked. Why did it take me so long to think of stopping using the wipes? Perhaps because I could not think that a reputable company could market a product with these side effects. Perhaps because I thought a dermatologist would have known of these issues with Neutrogena. My acne disappeared almost immediately after stopping using the wipes.

I have used these wipes for several years without any issues. They are now causing a red rash under both eyes. My eyes are itchy & swollen as well. I'm wondering if they have changed the ingredients in the wipes. I will no longer be using these! Very disappointing!

I have been using this product for so long and have always loved it. However, something in this product has changed because they started to burn my eyes so bad and my eyes water up and get extremely red, people actually asked me if I was crying. I will not be buying this product again.

I bought this product a few weeks ago. At first It was fine, I didn't have a reaction but come week two, I suddenly had a rash on my face and chest. It's itchy and irritated. I've used your products in the past, but with this package, I didn't expect to have an reaction.! I've stop using this product for a week and it seems to be clearing up, slightly, but it's stil prevalent on my skin!

I bought this wanting something delicious to smell after I took off my makeup and before sleeping. The smell is wonderful, makes my skin feel soft too. Downside is the burning, horrible horrible burning. I thought it was just my super sensitive skin getting used to a new product. Woke up and saw I had a fine "mesh" of redness across my cheeks, forehead, and nose. I returned the product that night. Very disappointed.

This is a product I have used for years. It is gentle and does a good job removing eye makeup. The quantity of towelettes keeps dwindling, but that seems to be the case for many products nowadays. What I can't stand is that the last package I bought had such an overpowering cloying new fragrance that lingered for hours, even after washing my face. Maybe others would enjoy it, but for me it caused a strong aversion. I won't buy this again unless it is offered as unscented.
