[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a huge fan of Neutrogena, so I was super stoked to be selected to try and review their Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes. The night I received the towelettes, I was excited to use them first in my night time facial cleansing regimen. Although the package did not specify how many towelettes, one or more, would take to remover all traces of make-up, I was shocked it took me four, since I do not consider myself to wear a lot. However, that in itself is not that big of deal, the thick oily residue left behind on my skin; was a big deal. Especially, since it advertises on the front that it leaves no residue behind; and that water is not necessary afterwards. Water alone was not enough to remove this oily residue. I has to use my original cleansing cream to clean it off my face and hands. I was not impressed.

This product left a terrible oily residue on my face and hands after I used it! I rarely get pimples but after using these I noticed a few pimples and a lot more oil on my skin. And they have dried out my eyelashes a ton, and stung my eyes a little bit! :( Not a great product.

I purchased these makeup remover wipes about 2 weeks ago. For the first week or so I was pleased with their results. But a few days ago I began to notice some puffiness underneath my eyes. I stopped using the wipes immediately. The next day the swelling was accompanied by redness, scaliness, and itching. Today the swelling has been so severe that my vision has been obstructed from the swelling of my eyelids....both top and bottom. This product should be recalled until such time the company can determine which of its ingredient(s) are harming so many of their consumers.

I use this a lot when I don't feel like actually washing my face and it definitely works. All of my makeup comes off EASILY. Even waterproof mascara, it just takes a little bit more work. I can use 1/8 of the wipe to get all of my makeup off which really helps me save money on it. It does leave sort of an oil residue on my face but I just have to rinse it off so it's okay. I totally recommend this to people!

Great at removing makeup but shortly afterwards around my nose got horrible bumps that became painful. Weeks have gone by and cant get rid of them. Also two small bumps by eyelids have appeared that are painful and eyes have becomeextremely dry. Didnt realize. It was wipes causing problems till I looked up other reviews. Will have yo seek medical attention.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked these make up removing wipes. They worked relatively well in removing my foundation and eye shadow. The eye shadow took a few wipes to get the job done. I'm not sure if that was due to the pigment in the shadow being on the darker side or if it generally does take a few wipes for all shadow. I only wear dark colors. My favorite aspect was they left my skin feeling very soft and clean. Only a mild chemical smell, I prefer more natural scents. But overall a very good product that works as advertised.

First, I love Neutrogena products, well everyone I have tried except for these wipes. They just do not remove my eye makeup. I use L'Oreal Mascara, which is removed by soap and water. Members Mark own brand took off every bit of it easily, but they are not available anymore. Neutogena always leaves traces of mascara no matter how hard I rub! Therefore, please bring back Members Mark makeup wipes!

These new wipes are not as full of that moist you need to remove make up. I usually use them more for waterproof mascara removal but I stopped since I found myself rubbing my eyes a lot more. I do NOT like these new individuals ones. The bigger packs seems to lock in the moisture better and you won't find yourself rubbing your face as much.

I've been using these for a couple months and every night I use them it makes my eyes burn. I figured it was normal and that all makeup wipes do it but I've tried other brands and they don't cause the burning. Also, for the next couple days after my eyes start to itch really bad and I have finally realized it was from this product.

I use this product to take of my mascara, but it is so oily I don't like to use it on my face. If I do, I usually have to wash it with an astringent or something like that after. It just is not good at all at removing face makeup, but is EXCELLENT when I take off my mascara.
