love the way they remove all of my makeup, oil and grime from my face leaving my skin smooth and soft. It even removed my waterproof mascara. I wear contacts and I used them with no issue or irritation to my eyes. Really love these. #NeutrogenaFaceOff

I am so upset they changed the formula on these towelettes! The fragrance is horrible & overbearing, they have LESS wipes per packet, and they aren't as moist. Very disappointed & will NOT be buying them again. I also don't like that there was no warning that this was a new formula. I have been using these for around 5 years! No more.

I have used these wipes in the past with no issues.. recently I opened a new pack and noticed after using the past few nights my eyelids feeling more dry and irritated. Then the next morning I woke up with severe eye swelling, face swelling and red itchy bumps. I had to go to my doctor for a prescription of steroids. I don't know what changed but DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I have been using these towelettes for several months with no problem, but yesterday when I was taking my makeup off my face felt like it was burning. The skin underneath my eyes is bright red and swollen, and I have a really red place on My cheek. This morning no better. Still very red and feels like a sunburn with slight swelling. Something has definitely changed in the formula. Won't buy again.

I have been using these for the past year and they are the best for the price. They clean my skin good and they dont leave my face greasy. I have oily skin and a lot of face wipes break me out except these. I have 5 right now as backups so I dont run out :)

I had been using a different makeup remover up until Sunday when I ran out and grabbed some of these. Since Sunday night I have been using them 2x daily and all week my eyes have been killing me, leaking constantly, and puffy and swollen. Nothing in my skin care routine has changed accept switching my makeup remover to these wipes!!! I use to use them all the time and never had problems but I can't wait to throw them away and feel human again! I'm glad I came across these reviews and realized not only am I not alone but now I don't have to go to an allergy specialist to see what was wrong with my face!!!

I started using these in the fall and couldn't figure out why I smelled like a man. Then I realized it was these wipes. I could deal with it for awhile, but the last pack I got is unbearable and burns my eyes. I can barely see after I use them. If they're meant to be used on your eyes, I don't think they should have any fragrance.

I've been using this produce for at least 7 years. Anytime I've tried a cleansing cloth other than Neutrogena I've always been disappointed. They do not clean as well and the clothe is never as gentle as the Neutrogena product. At 60 years old, my skin is smooth and wrinkle free and I believe this product is a contributing factor. Keep up the good work!

I have already purchased this product I love it so much. I use them every night to remove my makeup. They do not dry out my face during this dry season for my skin which I love. My skin feels fresh and ohhh so clean! It even gets my waterproof mascara off with some wiping. I highly recommend this product!
