I used to love these wipes until a few days ago I noticed my skin becoming irritated around my nose and lips wasn't sure what is was until I started seeing similar reactions. Been using these makeup wipes for 5 years now and never had any problems until recently. Is there a recall on this product?

Great at removing makeup but shortly afterwards around my nose got horrible bumps that became painful. Weeks have gone by and cant get rid of them. Also two small bumps by eyelids have appeared that are painful and eyes have becomeextremely dry. Didnt realize. It was wipes causing problems till I looked up other reviews. Will have yo seek medical attention.

I have used Neutrogena makeup removing wipes for almost 7 years now and the "new and better than ever" product is anything but. It does not remove my makeup well. I almost had to roughly scrub to remove my eye makeup which is not how the old product worked. I would like the old product back otherwise I'm going to have to find a new product because this new formula is a no for me.

I have been using these wipes for years with no issues. They have been the best at removing all my make up. However, this new pack I have been using has caused some sort of reaction. My whole face itches and is super dry like flaking/ peeling off. I have never had this happen before and I haven't changed any other aspects of my skincare routine.

This product left a terrible oily residue on my face and hands after I used it! I rarely get pimples but after using these I noticed a few pimples and a lot more oil on my skin. And they have dried out my eyelashes a ton, and stung my eyes a little bit! :( Not a great product.

These are great for those who are bedridden and don't have the ability to walk to the bathroom for a more through cleansing and makeup removal when their nurses aren't available to help. I also use them to remove my makeup before washing my face at night and have a friend who makes sure to pack these when she goes camping with her family.

I am so upset they changed the formula on these towelettes! The fragrance is horrible & overbearing, they have LESS wipes per packet, and they aren't as moist. Very disappointed & will NOT be buying them again. I also don't like that there was no warning that this was a new formula. I have been using these for around 5 years! No more.

I purchased these makeup remover wipes about 2 weeks ago. For the first week or so I was pleased with their results. But a few days ago I began to notice some puffiness underneath my eyes. I stopped using the wipes immediately. The next day the swelling was accompanied by redness, scaliness, and itching. Today the swelling has been so severe that my vision has been obstructed from the swelling of my eyelids....both top and bottom. This product should be recalled until such time the company can determine which of its ingredient(s) are harming so many of their consumers.

I bought some and when I used it, the next morning my whole face was peeling and even after putting on soothing moisturizer, burns so bad. I can't even be in sunlight because it hurts so much. I normally have horribly oily skin and after just the one use, my skin is so dry and irritated, you'd think my face was naturally this dry. Be careful.

The ‘new and improved' makeup remover wipes are completely different than the original. They are terribly thin and barely take off half the makeup on my face. They grab at my jewelry as they are so thin that they have little holes in the cloth. And the smell is noxious.
