love the way they remove all of my makeup, oil and grime from my face leaving my skin smooth and soft. It even removed my waterproof mascara. I wear contacts and I used them with no issue or irritation to my eyes. Really love these. #NeutrogenaFaceOff

Love the scent of these. I think it is very light, refreshing, and calming. I find them very soothing and calming right before bed. It removes all my makeup. I do have to let it sit on my lashes a while but it removes it well. I do think they are quite dry and good be more moist. It would definitely make them easier to use.

I use this product to take of my mascara, but it is so oily I don't like to use it on my face. If I do, I usually have to wash it with an astringent or something like that after. It just is not good at all at removing face makeup, but is EXCELLENT when I take off my mascara.

This is the absolute BEST makeup remover EVER! I've tried a ton of makeup removers and most of them make my eyes burn, not this one! The cloth is so soft and removes my makeup very easily. The only issue I have with it is that its really "oily". I wash my face immediately after using it. I've been using this remover for years and will never switch to another remover! BUY IT!

These are great for those who are bedridden and don't have the ability to walk to the bathroom for a more through cleansing and makeup removal when their nurses aren't available to help. I also use them to remove my makeup before washing my face at night and have a friend who makes sure to pack these when she goes camping with her family.

I've been using these for years, and just started a new pack last week. I had an itchy patch on my face the next day, but didn't think anything about it. Today it is very red and irritated, and I saw another person's similar reaction post online. I'm afraid I have gotten a bad pack that has caused some sort of allergic reaction/burn.

I bought this product about a month ago because I was tired of the old product I was using. I used this product to remove my makeup every night before going to bed. After 3 or 4 days I noticed a rash starting to develop on my chin and the sides of my mouth. I had no clue what was causing it. Then I realized the rash would flare up after using this product. I hadn't changed anything about my lifestyle or diet that would lead to a change in my skin so I concluded it must be the makeup removing wipes. I decided to do some research and I read some reviews. Turns out I'm not the only one who developed a rash from using this product. I stopped using the product right after I made the conclusion and the rash has subsided. My skin still remains dry and slightly flaky but I'm sure that will pass. On a good note it did remove my makeup quite well. All in all I won't ever buy this product again.

I used to love these wipes until a few days ago I noticed my skin becoming irritated around my nose and lips wasn't sure what is was until I started seeing similar reactions. Been using these makeup wipes for 5 years now and never had any problems until recently. Is there a recall on this product?

I have used Neutrogena makeup removing wipes for almost 7 years now and the "new and better than ever" product is anything but. It does not remove my makeup well. I almost had to roughly scrub to remove my eye makeup which is not how the old product worked. I would like the old product back otherwise I'm going to have to find a new product because this new formula is a no for me.
