I bought these two days ago, after searching and searching for a makeup remover that would work. I am so so so happy! EVERYTHING came off easy! So happy.

I used to use these wipes for many years and they always did a good job removing all traces of makeup and left my face feeling soft. However, I started experiencing major facial irritation, almost like a rash or acne on my cheeks, and couldn't figure out what was causing it. I had never had this happen before but I finally stopped using the makeup remover wipes and my face is finally starting to heal. I have redness, bumps, itching, and my cheeks feel hot in the irritated areas. I have never had any skin problems before so this is very frustrating and upsetting. I would definitely never use these wipes again. They must have done something different as I used them for years with no problems and nothing else has changed on my end.

I've been using this produce for at least 7 years. Anytime I've tried a cleansing cloth other than Neutrogena I've always been disappointed. They do not clean as well and the clothe is never as gentle as the Neutrogena product. At 60 years old, my skin is smooth and wrinkle free and I believe this product is a contributing factor. Keep up the good work!

These new wipes are not as full of that moist you need to remove make up. I usually use them more for waterproof mascara removal but I stopped since I found myself rubbing my eyes a lot more. I do NOT like these new individuals ones. The bigger packs seems to lock in the moisture better and you won't find yourself rubbing your face as much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked these make up removing wipes. They worked relatively well in removing my foundation and eye shadow. The eye shadow took a few wipes to get the job done. I'm not sure if that was due to the pigment in the shadow being on the darker side or if it generally does take a few wipes for all shadow. I only wear dark colors. My favorite aspect was they left my skin feeling very soft and clean. Only a mild chemical smell, I prefer more natural scents. But overall a very good product that works as advertised.

I was really excited to begin using them, and I had read that they were so effective. I do admit that they are, indeed, very effective. However, the fragrance is so strong, even two washes with an unscented gentle face wash still left my skin smelling like perfume. I was so surprised, given the lack of fragrance in other popular Neutrogena products. I also had a moderate Rosacea flare in response to these which was very uncomfortable. Please do make these in a gentle, effective, unscented formula please! I cannot recommend these

I have been using these for the past year and they are the best for the price. They clean my skin good and they dont leave my face greasy. I have oily skin and a lot of face wipes break me out except these. I have 5 right now as backups so I dont run out :)

I purchased these makeup remover wipes about 2 weeks ago. For the first week or so I was pleased with their results. But a few days ago I began to notice some puffiness underneath my eyes. I stopped using the wipes immediately. The next day the swelling was accompanied by redness, scaliness, and itching. Today the swelling has been so severe that my vision has been obstructed from the swelling of my eyelids....both top and bottom. This product should be recalled until such time the company can determine which of its ingredient(s) are harming so many of their consumers.

I used to use these wipes in the past and they worked amazing but recently I bought a pack and had a bad reaction to the wipes around my eyes. My eyes have been red itchy and my eyelids are beginning to crack. It's been a painful experience, I don't know if they changed their formula but I DO NOT suggest these at all!!

I have always loved these wipes, up until a couple of months ago I noticed my face, neck, and behind my ears (where I wipe only these wipes) on my skin. I had no clue what this reaction was to. They were tiny bumps that made my skin feel rough and very dry. I recently just saw a post similar to the reaction i had/ have right now again and it all makes sense. I don't know what has changed, but don't buy right now. I have used the same makeup products for over 2 years, and cetaphil face wash& face/body lotion and my body is perfectly fine. Therefore, I know it is the wipes. I have noticed my skin getting a burning sensation as well when I use these wipes, especially around the eyes. Maybe different ingredients are being used.
