i've tried many other makeup remover towelettes. finally tried these, and now i keep coming back. wonderful for removing eye and face makeup. they're gentle on the eye area and very moist. leaves my skin feeling soft and refreshed. love using these in the morning before applying makeup also. will repurchase again and again.

I have used these wipes off and on for years, they are really great at taking off make up. However, if used more than once a week (I try to not use them even that often,) I will start to show texture my skin is greasy and it dries my skin out to the point where it's peeling off. I have not experienced hives like some people but these wipes, even the sensitive kind, are just too harsh. Try the simple micellear wipes for sensitive skin just as effective and safe enough for daily use.

I live by these wipes. I use them every evening and sometimes in the morning when I have stubborn mascara under my eyes. The product is very gentle, which is ideal for use around the eyes. They also do not leave a sticky residue. I love these wipes and they are the first things I pack for vacations, boat days, and overnight stays. The wipes are convenient, which allows me to go to bed every night without my makeup left on. I have used them for years and have recommended them to all my girlfriends and roommates, who now all use them.

I was a fan until unfortunately the formulation changed. I compared the ingredient list to that of my last pack and noticed they added cyclopentasiloxane and switched the fragrance. I used one wipe from a new pack and my skin is irritated and burning. The fragrance is overpowering. I've washed my face several times and can't seem to get rid of the horrible smell. This will be my last time purchasing these wipes. I'm very dissapointed with Neutrogena.

I have been using these wipes for a couple of months now & I even picked up their Grapefruit Cleanser. I noticed that I've been having extreme itchiness on my face and it feels very rough. At first I thought it was quite normal. For the past couple of days, my skin has been burning, especially around the eyes. My eyes are swollen and I developed a rash on the sides of my mouth. I tried rinsing my face with cold water but I still feel the burning. Immediately stopping the use of this product.

I had previously used Memberd Mark makeup wipes and they were amazing. Sam's stopped carrying them so I tried these and I hate them. They do not remove makeup at all so you have to use 4 or 5 and I still felt like washing my face afterwards. I would NOT recommend or purchase these again.

I've been using this product for a few year. I've never had any problems till now. I got the 125 box, like I always do and I noticed my skin was getting a bit red. I didn't realize it was the towelettes causing the problem till I went to the doctor and found out I had an allergic reaction on my skin and eyes. If I could get my money back, I WOULD!!

I used to use this everyday. It was gentle and smelled wonderful. Suddenly it smells horrible and burns my skin and eyes. I did a search to see if my package was counterfeit. It would make sense, since there are suddenly only 21 towelettes in the package, instead of 25. But, no. I see that you've really destroyed a wonderful product. I hope you don't do this with other time-tested Neutrogena products. I've been a fan all my life and I would hate to stop using everything you make.

I also have used the makeup remover towelettes. The second time I used them, I woke up in the morning with very swollen red eyes. It took two days before my eyes and the surrounding area looked normal again. I had to wear dark glasses as my eyes were so sensitive, red and very swollen!
