I have always used these wipes in the past and I bought a new pack last week and over the weekend I noticed some tiny red bumps on my eyelids and now today (one week after I bought them) I have very red, bumpy, itchy skin all over my eyes and cheeks! :(

I have used these wipes for about 15 years give or take and I don't know when the formula changed but it is terrible. The towelettes are nowhere near as saturated as they had been, takes at least two wipes to get off primer, concealer, setting powder, and mascara and feel like it's all off. I've had multiple wipes basically tear while I'm using them. I understand wanting to be more eco friendly but there wasn't much necessity to change the formula.

I have been a Neutrogena user for years and have always loved their products. However I recently bought a new pack and the wipes gave my skin a TERRIBLE reaction. My eyes blew up while I was on vacation and I'm left with very scaly skin around my eyes. Trying to do damage control right now to get my skin back to normal. Won't ever buy again.

I have used these wipes for several years without any issues. They are now causing a red rash under both eyes. My eyes are itchy & swollen as well. I'm wondering if they have changed the ingredients in the wipes. I will no longer be using these! Very disappointing!

I've been using this Neutrogena skin product for years. The makeup removal wipes are soft, perfect in size, remove even waterproof makeup, and are gentle on skin. I like to start my night skin routine with these wipes to lift cosmetics like foundation and mascara, then I use a cleanser just because I want to make sure my face is clean. There there is no scent to it and I didn't notice any skin irritation. Also, the package will stay closed because of the adhesive opening. I like to buy it as a twin pack so I know I will not be running out of it. I would recommend it.

I have used these wipes for years and have been totally satisfied with them. I just heard some negative comments about them and I thought I would check out this site to read more. I am very surprised at what I am seeing regarding rash, etc. problems. I have NEVER had any issues with these and I'm not sure why others have.
