Have used these for years and loved them. The “new and improved” version leaves a lot to be desired!! They are rough, dry, my skin and eyes are beyond irritated and the smell is strong, enough to cause a headache. Beyond disappointed!! PLEASE go back to the original formula! In the meantime I'm on the hunt for a new product.

I am 16 years old, and I have very sensitive skin. These wipes do a great job of removing makeup and my skin still looks acne-free (this doesn't break me out), but they make my face burn really badly. It says on the packaging that you don't have to rinse afterwards, but I have to because my skin burns so much after using them--nothing calming about these unfortunately for me. I will still finish the package, but I will be switching to something else less irritating when I am done.

I'm a long time user of these wipes as they were the only wipes I could use on my face. UNTIL this most recent pack. I noticed that the packaging was new (updated) but thought nothing of it, because I didn't think their formula would be different. Well it burnt my entire face and neck. It started with my eyelids and they are so swollen right now it hurts to see. Then it broke me out in an allergic reaction all over my face and neck. It has been 3 days and it won't go away. I'm so disappointed. I still have a whole pack that I can't even use. What happened Neutrogena??!!

I used these wipes for years. Gradually I developed what I thought was adult onset acne, unsightly, infected lesions all over my face, which I could not control. I tried many remedies suggested by my dermatologist, none of which worked. Why did it take me so long to think of stopping using the wipes? Perhaps because I could not think that a reputable company could market a product with these side effects. Perhaps because I thought a dermatologist would have known of these issues with Neutrogena. My acne disappeared almost immediately after stopping using the wipes.

I've been using this Neutrogena skin product for years. The makeup removal wipes are soft, perfect in size, remove even waterproof makeup, and are gentle on skin. I like to start my night skin routine with these wipes to lift cosmetics like foundation and mascara, then I use a cleanser just because I want to make sure my face is clean. There there is no scent to it and I didn't notice any skin irritation. Also, the package will stay closed because of the adhesive opening. I like to buy it as a twin pack so I know I will not be running out of it. I would recommend it.

These Neutrogena Ultra Soft makeup remover wipes truly do remove my makeup, especially when it's waterproof. It's nice not to have to scrub my eyes harshly when removing my waterproof mascara. The cloths feel nicely soft, and they don't leave any oily residue on my skin. They're very convenient to utilize whenever / wherever. I love these!

I was surprised that this wipe was larger than most I've tried -- large enough to remove all my make-up, including mascara. There is a fragrance, but to me it is not offensive. Had no stinging or burning reaction as others have reported (and I have sensitive skin). Definitely worth a try!!

Let me first say I love Neutrogena soap products. However, these towelettes were full of oil. Very greasy. It took me three attempts with clean pads to remove the oily greasy residue. Do NOT buy this product unless you are seeking an oily facial treatment instead of makeup remover. Disappointed. Will go to another brand. Soap is great however !
