I have been using this product for so long and have always loved it. However, something in this product has changed because they started to burn my eyes so bad and my eyes water up and get extremely red, people actually asked me if I was crying. I will not be buying this product again.

These wipes are soft, gentle, and remove most makeup—including waterproof mascara—without rinsing. Perfect for travel or quick touch-ups. Some heavy or long-wear makeup may need a second wipe, and sensitive eyes can occasionally sting. Overall, a convenient and reliable option for everyday use.

I used these wipes for years. Gradually I developed what I thought was adult onset acne, unsightly, infected lesions all over my face, which I could not control. I tried many remedies suggested by my dermatologist, none of which worked. Why did it take me so long to think of stopping using the wipes? Perhaps because I could not think that a reputable company could market a product with these side effects. Perhaps because I thought a dermatologist would have known of these issues with Neutrogena. My acne disappeared almost immediately after stopping using the wipes.

These are great for those who are bedridden and don't have the ability to walk to the bathroom for a more through cleansing and makeup removal when their nurses aren't available to help. I also use them to remove my makeup before washing my face at night and have a friend who makes sure to pack these when she goes camping with her family.

I love these wipes. You get so much for a low price. They are unscented so no chemicals on your skin. I use them for my more extravagant color looks and it gets all of it off! They are even helpful in a pinch as a first clense on bare skin without breaking me out

These are ok in a pinch. I used them for decades. They never really got all my eye map off though (especially waterproof mascara or eyeliner). A couple years ago I developed eye mites from not taking the makeup off well so I haven't used them since. I was told by several estheticians these are awful for your skin too. However I'll admit they are convenient

I've used your wipes forever and I just picked up a new pack and I can't even use them because the smell is so strong and it continues to stay on my face. I feel like neutrogena is known for its light scent and for sensitive skin. Please put it back. Or like other reviews I will find a new towelette to purchase. It's so bad! Sorry!!!

Should i say cant live without these in my travel kits and my bathroom! I use little makeup but my eye liner and mascara make me look like a raccoon! These wipes don't leave any residue and feel comfortable to use! I don't think they are scented which makes it safe for sensitive skin! Love these wipes on the go and daily use! I personally like to double cleanse after using these wipes!!

I've been using these makeup wipes for over 10 years and will continue to use them as the formula does not irritate my skin and hasn't changed in 10 years if they take off my makeup easily without leaving any residue on my skin I love also buying the individual sealed ones even though they're a little bit more pricey

I have been using these wipes since I had my first child three years ago and I loved them for saving me so much time on my skincare routine. In the past six months my face has broken into a rash, which I thought may have been a rash signaling no lupus because it's up my cheeks and sides Of my face, except someone suggested I stop the wipes and it is starting to clear after 2 weeks off. I'm sad because I like the product, but Moreso, I'm Praying my skin isn't wrecked forever!
