Freezer is fine, delivery is not.

The freezer is functional with basic features. It was the right size and we have no complaints about it. But the deliver service was terrible. We were never contacted to notify when it was being delivered. Then they delivered it to the wrong address. We had to get it from one of our neighbor’s houses.

Not Worth It

Horrible experience. I ordered this to replace an old one. It was supposed to arrive 2 days after the purchase( I scheduled the delivery time), however, I did not receive it until 12 days later. I called almost daily and kept being told it would arrive the next day. Meanwhile, my old freezer started to defrost, and I had to toss over $100 of groceries. On top of that, I kept asking to schedule delivery to make sure someone would be able to receive it and was told I would receive a call when it was out for delivery. I never received that call. Thankfully, I was home when it was delivered. To add insult to injury, when I set it up, I noticed it was dented. When I called customer service, the lady apologized, but the freezer was out of stock, and all they could offer for "the inconvenience" was a $10 gift card. Lesson learned: Don't purchase large appliances from this store. It is not worth the hassle.

The freezer is great so far, but the first one delivered was damaged. It was evident on the box someone hit it with a forklift. Took an extra two weeks to get a new one but Sams Club was very responsive in getting me a replacement. The second one came damage free.
