Perfect size, light weight,looks good and freezes and holds temp at desired setting can even work as refrigerator with settings if needed. Works fantastic and uses less energy than older models. Would definitely purchase again.

Got this deep freezer on a HUGE sale after searching for the best deal based online and on marketplace..decided to pull the trigger on this one fast and glad I did after my old freezer went out. It got delievered quickly to my garage (as I requested) and was packaged very well, no dents or scratches. Very big and very cold! Took only 15min to setup including unboxing! Wish the deal was for in black color but this one is still great! Now its time to load it up with food! Note: The 2nd basket came from my older freezer, this only comes with one and an ice scraper to clean.

I really love this deep Freezer, it is big enough to hold plenty of food, not to bulky in size and gets cold fast.

Shipping was the fastest of any product of this size I have ever purchased and without any damages. I love that Wal-Mart kept up to date every day on shipping. The pricing was very good and I liked that I was able to buy an extended warranty and the web suite was easy to use. Great job Wal-Mart.

Arrived in PERFECT condition. Easy unpacking! Easy to move to perfect spot. Once turned on, temp was turbo cooling; basically immediate. Had great air circulation and the compressor is not too loud WHEN it needs to run. Will buy again if I need more room. I love the hinged stay-open design, First trip to fill barely made a dent in the capacity. The storage basket shelving helps keep bags organized much better!

Pretty good, sometimes it catches and my wife has a hard time opening it but I've never had any problems. The issue I do have with it tho is the electric cord comes out the side, kinda strange but it works good. Also the shelvings not really there, would be better to utilize the whole space. I'm actually gonna change my rating now

Chest freezer was laying on its side instead of flat as a chest freezer should sit. I had to wait 24 hours for oil in compressor to settle.

Horrible experience. I ordered this to replace an old one. It was supposed to arrive 2 days after the purchase( I scheduled the delivery time), however, I did not receive it until 12 days later. I called almost daily and kept being told it would arrive the next day. Meanwhile, my old freezer started to defrost, and I had to toss over $100 of groceries. On top of that, I kept asking to schedule delivery to make sure someone would be able to receive it and was told I would receive a call when it was out for delivery. I never received that call. Thankfully, I was home when it was delivered. To add insult to injury, when I set it up, I noticed it was dented. When I called customer service, the lady apologized, but the freezer was out of stock, and all they could offer for "the inconvenience" was a $10 gift card. Lesson learned: Don't purchase large appliances from this store. It is not worth the hassle.
