The chest freezer in the Ad is not the one shipped to you.The one you receive is a convertible freezer not a deep freezer.No where in the Ad does it state it's a convertible freezer.Very deceiving.

When I received this freezer it was damaged and had a dent in the front of the freezer. Customer service kept spinning me saying I was going to get a full reimbursement and then saying I was getting a partial reimbursement. I called FIVE separate times and still have not received any type of reimbursement. Every time I call I get the same thing said to me and nothing gets done. One of the guys even hung up on me mid call. Other than the dent and in front the freezer works fine, just terrible communication with customer service
