We bought this mattress about a month ago, after looking at a lot of various review sites and assessing different mattresses (we'd also tried out a tempur-pedic in a furniture store at one point). We decided on GhostBed due to a few factors - value for the price, warranty, trial period, and firmness of the mattress. While this isn't the cheapest mattress out there, I felt it was the best overall value. The 20 year warranty is excellent. Be aware that after 10 years you have to pay a percentage of the cost of a new mattress, which increases each year up to year 20, but that's still a whole lot better than just having to buy a new mattress outright after year 10. I also wanted the long trial period, since these mattresses can take awhile to fully break in. And the firmness was important, since the firmest it'll ever be is when it's brand new. I wanted to start off on the firmer side and let it soften up, rather than start off perfect and have it end up too soft. All that being said, we love this mattress. The first couple nights were a little sore, but after that it was great. When I first opened the shrink wrap there was a slight smell, but only noticeable if I put my nose right on the mattress. Once I got sheets on it, we haven't noticed any odor. The mattress is comfortable in just about any position, and it's neither too bouncy nor too soft. I've got no complaints or regrets about buying this mattress, and someday when we have the cash to replace our old (and very infrequently used) guest room mattress I'm going to want another GhostBed.

Super comfortable. It seems the more you sleep on it the more comfortable it is. We put our 11 month old on the bed and he instantly fell asleep so he must think it is comfortable as well. We have the king size and it's so perfect for our family. Only thing is that I bought sheets in king size from the store and they are a little to big so it must be the depth of the mattress. Would definitely recommend getting this mattress.

I really like the mattress and the service was exceptional. I read some of the other reviews (before the purchase) saying it takes a week to get comfortable with the mattress, but I slept great the first night...I may purchase another for my daughter.

Buy their bed and they will keep hassling you for a review or to purchase another one.Can only sleep on one at a time. Their classic was too HARD so they offered a topper that didn’t make it any better.CS was great until it can time to have to return it, then things went south.

We now have a ghost bed in every bedroom! My wife and I wasted a lot of money on spring mattresses throughout the years and my back just kept getting worse as time went on. I had been asking around about different beds that peaple have and a friend of mine told me about the ghost bed. I had never heard of it so I was skeptical at first but I told my wife about it anyway. We were really looking to try a new bed and truly wanted to break away from Springed mattresses. We ordered the mattress and a box spring, king sized! We are so pleased with the bed and relieved that the search was over. It's been two years since we baught are original ghostbed and now we have one in each bedroom of the house! I highly recommend the high quality ghostbed mattress! It's been about 2 months since getting our new Ghost Bed. So far it's been really great. Awesome support, no edge sagging at all. Over all we are very happy. It's pretty firm but not uncomfortable. Only dislike at this point is the base frame. Its strong but since it does not have a thick fabric around it, we catch our toes on the wood from time to time. I would recommend it for sure.

I think the Ghost bed has a great value, but we still aren't sure if we love it yet. The mattress sinks toward my husband a lot more than our last one used to, causing us to sleep pretty far away from one another since there is such a dip near him. I feel like comfort level is lacking a bit as well, and we both sleep pretty hot on this mattress. I wake up at least once a night because of the heat, and I am pretty hot every morning despite the AC. With all of that said, however, we both seem to sleep well on it once we are asleep. My husband sleeps like a rock on it. Therefore, we are not totally sure how to feel! We really like it but there are some things we wonder about.

I ordered the basic queen matress. It's ok, nothing special. Felt pretty good for about a week then it got pretty soft. We've been waking up still tired every morning. Probably gonna upgrade to the better matress before the trial period expires and give that a try...

We have had the mattress for a couple of months now and it's been great. Back pain went away after a few days. Sleeping soundly through the night, no more creaking when one of us rolls over. I love it. the ghost pillows are super comfy and stay cool. Very happy with our purchase.

Like many others, I found the mattress firmer than expected. It seems kind of pointless to buy a memory foam mattress if its going to feel like a basic Sealy or Serta. As a side sleeper, I don’t feel any less relief of pressure on hips or shoulders, compared to a foam topper.
