This mattress is so incredibly hard. Me and my husband have not been sleeping well on it and have been waking up so sore, like we've been hit by a truck. I literally just came back from the store with a memory foam mattress topper for it we are so fed up.

Shipping was quick. At my door in just a couple days. Set up was simple and quick. Been sleeping on the Ghostbed for a month now, zero complaints! Getting a full 8 hrs without tossing and turning, and waking without lower back pains. Exceeds all expectations!

We've had the ghost bed now for several weeks. It is very firm. I thought I preferred soft beds until I slept on firm hotel beds while travelling and realized I was waking up without crippling back pain. So, after reading reviews on numerous brands of beds, I settled on ghost bed. It came with pillows due to a special sale. I also bought a mattress protector. They came in three shipments over four days. The bed was a hoot to set up. Layed it out on top the box springs, unwrapped it, and instantly it started to expand. You could hear it suckling in air. By 24 hours, it was fully expanded. No odor. Very firm. If you are thinking memory foam, it's not. You don't sink in much at all. Not hot to sleep on. My back pain is much improved. Takes two to handle as it is much heavier than a traditional mattress. And flexible! The pillows are traditional memory foam and a true queen size so standard pillow cases are too short. I'm considering adding a pretty border to my cases to make them longer. They do have a chemical smell that takes a while to disappear. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I would buy it again.

This bed was recommended from a friend obsessed with bedding; so easily trusted in his opinion... and am very glad I had done so. I've had trouble sleeping for years for a variety of reasons. This is by far the most comfortable bed I've slept in to date. And, the Ghost Pillows smell great in addition to their comfort.

Sleeping on this mattress literally gets worse every night my wife and I sleep on it. We're exhausted in the mornings from lack of sleep, and our entire bodies hurt from laying on what feels like a stack of cardboard. We've been sleeping on the GhostBed for three weeks and have already ordered a Saatva to replace it. We will be returning as soon as we are able to.

I am not new to the latex/foam mattress, but I am new to Ghost Bed. First, my bed came earlier than expected and was packaged nicely and waiting for me. I was very happy about that. Second, latex/foam mattresses need to uncompress. This did it much faster than I expected. We opened the bed at 6pm and was able to sleep on it that night! Third, there is typically a smell associated with the new mattress. It was there for a bit but disappaited quickly and didnt affect our night sleep. Finally, we have had our mattress only 3 weeks but have slept quite comfortably and love it. Again, not new to Latex/Foam mattress. I have tried just the foam and HATE them. They sink too quickly and sitting on the edge of the bed makes me feel like a little kid on a slide. This mattress retains its firm shape but allows the comfort of the foam. Great job GhostBed! I have had chronic lower back pain for years and woke daily to numbness in my fingers. But my mattress was getting older so it was time to purchase a new one. I was SO WORRIED I would spend a bunch of money on a mattress that was no better or even worse! So I spent a lot of time reading reviews, comparing other mattresses, doing research, before deciding on GhostBed. I bought both the mattress and foundation. The mattress seems a bit more firm than I hoped but I’m 5’7” 140# and my husband 6’ 200# so neither of us is on the small side. It feels like a giant marshmallow and gently hugs my back. I can sleep through the night and not wake up with back pain! Also my fingers aren’t numb when I get up like before when the mattress pressure wasn’t right (which seems weird to me as that mattress wasn’t as firm as GhostBed). I would recommend GhostBed to anyone who needs good support, who has back issues, or would like relief from poor circulation problems :)

I needed a new bed and being a bigger guy i was very nervous about ordering a bed online and not being able to try it out first. Glad I made the leap and choose GhostBed. Not as cooling as i thought it would be but over all, it is great support for my bad back and a great nights sleep.

It was more firm than expected but still has a decent amount of give, yet firm enough you wont roll off the edge. Slept on it about 4 hours after opening. No weird smell after opening. I can move around at night without waking my partner. Very pleased with the mattress after having it for a few weeks.

We finally but the bullet and tried the bed. He absolutely loves it but we wanted to help me out as I've been dealing with chronic back pain for years. My doctor told me to get a new bed but this one is not for me. I'm a side sleeper and it doesn't have the support I need, it feels like my spine is bent and I wake up in more pain than the day before.
