I've had this product for almost 2 months. It was easy to unbox, had no odor and has been a dream to sleep on. its just the right amount of give under my hips and shoulder ( side sleeper who enjoys a firmer mattress). It's is cooler than my previous mattress 😎 I absolutely love this product ❤️

The first morning after sleeping on goat bed pain was 90% better. That is awesome since I have severe arthritis and had 2 back surgeries because I have stenosis in spine because of arthritis. I love the ghost bed.

We let it for for 24 hours before using it even though it said you could use immediately. So comfy and cool. If you are going to buy a mattress in a box, you need to do your homework. Make sure you can return the product if there is a problem. Matresses in a box can have issues completely forming no matter the brand. Sam's allows you to return this mattress if there are issues even if bought online. When I asked about returns they also advised they can come pick it up to complete the return. Because we would have no way of getting a king mattress to the store!

It never achieved a proper shape but was like a scoop after several days of waiting for it to decompress. When I contacted Ghostbed, the company rep politely asked me for several rounds of information backing up my claim. After satisfying all of their requests for identification of the mattress and proof of the problem with pictures, I was immediately sent a new matress that had just been manufactured and when unwrapped assumed the proper shape in the expected time. Ultimately, I was completely satisfied with the product and the discounted price I had paid to Sam's.

We purchased a GhostBed for our son, and loves it, so we decided to purchase one for ourselves. Opening and placement of the mattress was easy. But the Off-Gassing is horrible. I don't remember this issue with the first one we purchased. I am disappointed in how bad the chemical smell is. I will give it a few days to see how long it takes to rid of the chemical smell.

In the queen bed we both wake up very sweaty even though our old house has been pretty cold. Cotton sheets and one cotton quilt. My husband and I ending up folding in on each other from the warmth, because when the mattress gets warm it softens. It feels like my body is constantly trying to stop from rolling in towards the center of the mattress and it has nothing to do with the bed frame. We have to continually rotate this mattress to keep areas firm or they wear down very quickly on the sides especially. The support is just not there. I bought it because it had mostly positive reviews and the price was right. Now I’m just disappointed and stuck with a mattress that just isn’t it.

Every morning I wake up with an aching back that makes it difficult to even get out of bed (and I'm not old). Also, after almost 30 days, the mattress still smells so much of chemicals that the smell permeates all the bed sheets and comforter. Yuck! The only good part was the sale price. But the pain isn't worth the dollars saved.

We’ve had temperpedic, beauty rest and sleep numbers in the past but thought we would try ghost for the cooling. Worst decision ever. And Sams club customer service is even worse as it’s impossible to return the bed! Once the mattress has been opened it can no longer be rolled or folded to be boxed as fedex/sams club requires for the return. They don’t even provide a big enough box to do the return! I also do not own a truck to take it back to the store. So now I’m either stuck with the mattress that feels like sleeping on the concrete ground or pay to rent a truck and helpers because i cant lift a king sized wobbly mattress alone, just to take it back to the store!

The 1 star rating is because of the return nightmare and lack of customer service from Sams Club.
