We replaced our old broke down Tempurpedic with the Ghostbed. Well, 2 weeks in and it's just too firm for us. The cooling is great, not too much not too little. My wife wakes with shoulder pain and both of us wake frequently to change position. We both find ourselves waking up frequently on our backs but we are not back sleepers. This bed I imagine is great for back sleepers who do not like the feel of tempur material. The top cooling layer covers the memory foam and prevents the "sink-in" feel. If I could send t back now, I would, but we will give it the full 30 days.

I did a lot of research and comparisons prior to purchasing the Ghost Bed. The reviews were positive and the price was on point. However, I'm not "sleeping like a baby". Although the comfort is somewhat better than my previous mattress, I expected a little more comfort. The Ghost Bed is very firm. I suppose I got used to a pillow top. I'll give it a couple more weeks before I make my final decision whether or not to keep it or return it and find something else. P.S. The pillows are outstanding. Too bad the Ghost Bed doesn't have the same feel that the pillows have. The combination of the two would be perfect.

My husband has a horrible back, even after back surgery. Everyday he used to wake up in so much pain. In the last 2 months since we got out new Ghost Bed, I haven't heard him complain once! He says he feels like a whole new man. For me, I used to toss and turn all night long. But now I go to bed, and I don't even think I move all night! It is the best thing that has happened us!

I had a pillow top and was having a hard time sleeping through the night because of achy joints and Rheumatoid arthritis... My son told me about his bed and talked me into getting the regular ghost bed. It took me a couple of days to get use to it, but now I LOVE it!! I wake up rested and NOT hurting!! My husband loves the ghostbed. He says he feels better than he has in years. For me, the bed is too hard. I contacted ghostbed twice to possibly get the mattress topper other customers have described and never got anywhere. The first time the service just disconnected and made no effort to resume our conversation.

We watched quite a few YouTube review videos, browsed through any reviews we could find and finally bit the bullet and ordered our new mattress. We ordered on a holiday weekend and still received the mattress early in the week! I was a little worried about the edges of the bed being too flimsy and that it might give the feeling of falling off of the bed if we got too close while sleeping, but the second we set the bed up and I sat on it I quickly realized that would not be the case. The bed is seriously amazing, we've been sleeping on it for almost 3 weeks and are still waking up saying how amazing it is and how much we are enjoying it!

Sleeps very very hard like a park bench me and my wife woke up for days with horrible backaches. Was told to endure back pains for 30 days and hope it goes away. Had to put old mattress back cause bed never got softer and pains got worst. Mattress sitting in back room cause wont let me return for 30 days. Do not buy unless you like very firm mattress. Helix mattress lets you customize and we have been sleeping like babies on that one

I was a little hesitant at first when I first received my mattress, only because it leans more toward the firm side of a mattress, but now that I've had it for a couple of weeks, I wouldn't take anything less! It forced to start sleeping with better posture, and my back doesn't ache anymore after waking up! And the pillows are soooo comfy. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for me!

We purchased this bed for our son. It was shipped fast, easy to unbox, and very comfortable to lay on. The only complaint is an odor was apparent in the room for approximately 24 hours but it wasn't strong and dissipated quickly. We love the bed and our son does too!

I'm somewhat happy with my purchase. The mattress is nice and firm, exactly what I was looking for. Not completely satisfied with the "cooling technology." I don't pick up on any cooling happen. Temperature feels like every other mattress I have had. Honestly I have to move my position in bed bc I feel the area is too warm.
