So I love a firm mattress, but this one is even too firm for me. I woke up with pressure point pain for a month straight. One of the main reasons I chose ghost bed is because I read so many reviews that indicated that the return process is simple and trouble free....well it’s not. They say they’ll help and they do not. At all. The “help” is a suggestion to call a local charity to pick up the mattress. Well guess what, very few charities actually pick up mattresses and almost all the ones I talked to don’t even want them if you bring them. So, my recommendation is to consult with your local charities BEFORE buying the mattress to make sure you have a place to take it if you don’t like it. I’ve begged one of my local places to take the mattress if I bring it to them. It was only after much persuasion that they agreed.

Bed and bed frame were packaged nicely. The mattress itself is of good quality. The mixed foam feel is definitely different than Temperpedic classic. It’s generally pleasurable, but I’m pushing 200 pounds, and it is still quite a bit too firm for me to side sleep without discomfort, which is a disappointment. If you are a side sleeper you really need to get a different brand or model, the classic is just too firm.

Love this mattress. Sleep well and it has helped my arthritis some too. Just one problem. After unrolling on the bed it firmed up nice on one side but not the other. I have had it for 2 weeks now and it is no better. Kind of makes my bed look a little crooked. How can I correct this? Other than that, I really love it. At least the good side is the side I always sleep on!

My wife and I have been looking for a new mattress for some time but couldn't find the right one to pull the trigger on. Did some research on the Ghost bed and compared it to all the others on the market but kept coming back to the Ghost bed! We have been using the same mattress for way too long and waking up with back pains every morning but still nervous to make this large of a purchase without ever laying on it. SO GLAD we did, haven't woken up with those pains once since getting our new bed, we absolutely love this bed!

We recently purchased a GhostBed mattress, foundation, pillows, and cover. The foundation was very easy to assemble. I could not be happier with the mattress and pillows (and I've tried a lot of pillows). If you are worried about a mattress like this 'sleeping hot', get the cover and put your worries aside. The shipment of our cover was delayed by a few days. I emailed to inquire and was responded to very quickly via email and later called in order to ensure that I understood the situation, which was no more than a stocking delay. I would recommend (and have) GhostBed to anyone looking for a mattress (or pillow).

My husband and I LOVE our ghostbed! He used to wake up stiff and sore and not been sleeping well, but ever since we got the ghostbed, he's been feeling great. No more stiff necks or backs. The ghost pillows we got with it are fantastic and make sleeping with our new bed even better. We can't recommend this product enough. Thank you Ghostbed!

I did this once already but they keep asking so here ya go. The bed (Queen mattress) arrived very quickly even though I ordered on a Saturday. Instructions were clear and followed. First night on the new mattress proved to be a great success for the wife as she woke witout any trace of back pain after having had troubles for almost a year sleeping on our old system. (A sleep Number bed) While there was a little tinge in my lower back, by the second morning I had acclimated and find the GhostBed to very comfortable. Overall the five star rating is well earned as this bed is firm but soft at the same time. If you just sit on the side you can feel the gelfoam sink as it forms to the shape of your body. We expect many years of comfort from our new GhostBed.

We had a Sleep Number bed for 6 years and, frankly, never found the ideal number for me or my husband. After hearing from my brother how much they loved it, we went online and bought our GhostBed which was delivered less than a week later. If it wasn't for the 100 night guarantee I would not have done this because I was sure this mattress could not be "all that". It came in a box that my husband moved upstairs; we opened it up and slept on it a few hours later. We have now had it for almost a month and could not be more pleased. All I can say is "I'm a believer"!!

This bed is absolutely incredible. I have always been the kind of sleeper that wakes up multiple times and tosses and turns. The first night I slept on my Ghostbed, I slept straight through the night on my side. No back aches, no discomfort, just an incredible sleep! Also, the ghost pillow is amazing. So soft, and instead of using two to three pillows, and waking up with a stiff neck, I wake up totally sore free, using just one! So glad I made the purchase!

I haven't had the Ghost for too long. I slept on it for a week because they were remodeling my room. Having said that, I believe the bed is very comfortable. It's soft and firm, it allowed me to sleep on my side, back and stomach without any problem. I enjoyed the ghost bed so much that I don't want to wake up in the morning. Thank you so much for making the ghost bed for trouble sleeper like me. I will write another review after a month which I will add videos.
