While there was an initial adjustment period (got my period 5 days early the first month an it lasted an extra day the second month), I had no noticeable side effects or hormonal problems. My only criticism is that I miss having the placebo pills as a different color.

I started noticing heavier flow, more significant cramping, and terrible migraines. I think it’s an amazing product for those that do not experience side effects as an OTC option, but unfortunately it did not work for me

It is so easy to pop out of the packet, a small pill to swallow, and easy for me to throw in my purse! Its a low dose so it keeps my period regular and i have no noticed many side effects that typically come with birth control.

I like that you take it for 28 days and pretty much never stops because that creates a routine in your mind and you know that everyday - no matter what - you need to take your pill. They included a little reminder note in the package - I used it next to my skincare so that I’d never forget to take it. I did not get pregnant so I guess I can say it’s effective 😅 I didn’t really get any side effects either. What I don’t really like, other than the fact that we as woman must take hormones everyday, is that this pill contain yellow 5 which is a harmful dye. I don’t even understand why it is there. Isn’t enough for us to ingest hormones that we also have to fill our body with dyes? Not happy about that one…
