If you get the migraines , stop taking opill. the most important part is to take it the same time everyday! I put an alarm on my phone for it. Take the pill everyday even while menstruating. I bought a pill storage container to add my pills too. It helped keep my days straight. For disposal take to a pharmacy. If you become pregnant stop taking this right away. For the 1st 2 days after starting the pill you will need to use a back up prevention such as a condom or foam.

Storage is easy it fits anywhere in a purse. It was definitely reliable the only hard thing was allowing my body to adjust to the pill I did get nauseous at some point but other than that the formula worked.

I made it 4 stars since it just comes with the pills, I wish there was a sleeve and better tracking on what day it is. I made a sticker of the days of the week to help me make sure I was staying on track. It did not make me nauseous and maybe my breast went up a cup size. My sex drive did go a up a bit but that’s normal for my relationship.
