It comes in a box that’s a three month supply with three sleeves that contain twenty eight pills each. You’re able to just pop them out very easily through the foil. Each sleeve is labeled Sunday through Saturday for it to be even easier to remember to take them! You are required to take it at the same time every day so setting an alarm is helpful. They are small and simple to swallow with a drink. I didn’t have any adverse side effects while using and have found they are very effective.
