No frills, just straightforward and effective. I set a reminder on my phone, and voila, peace of mind every day! The .075mg dosage seems to be just right—no noticeable side effects, which was a big relief for me - and not what I’m accustomed to. My skin hasn't gone haywire, & my moods have been stable. The only fine print, but this applies across the board, (for those in the back 🗣️) you do have to be diligent about taking it at the same time daily…otherwise, your bod will remind you. This box comes with 3 months worth, all packages sealed and expiration date far out. The pill is super small and easy to take, and you can start your pack anytime you want. I take one everyday at 3 pm on the dot with no issue, its so simple. Just make sure you take it at the exact time everyday for it to be effective, that's super important. I've been using the Opill for about three months now and can honestly say I haven't noticed any super bad changes. Other bc would cause me all kinds of problems from acne to mood changes to weight gain, but this one has not. At first when I started taking it I didn't notice any changes at all, I felt the same which was amazing. But now on my 3rd month, I have noticed I'm irregular now, and have had random bleeding. Its been like im having a light period every two weeks, and I'm not a fan. It's been frustrating for sure, but I'm going to continue to take it and see if it stops and evens out, and hopefully my body starts going back to my regular cycle. Other than that, I feel the same, and this bc has been a lot easier on me than all the others, so I'm willing to see how it goes and give it a chance.

I only made it four days in before having to make the decision to quit. In my thirties, already had a kid, and never used oral BC before. First two days started with very mild nausea and headache that were gone by the third day. But with the third day came the ulcers/sores around my vagina. Fourth day got worse, and by the fifth day, the pain was unbearable even with painkillers. So I had to refuse the fifth pill and carry on with my life without this product due to the allergic reaction I was having.
