It's a progestin mini pill to take once a day daily around the same time. You can get this without a prescription from a doctor or having to make a dr appointment. This easy to swallow pill helps prevent pregnancy by thickening cervical mucus which blocks out sperm. From reproducing. It can also prevent eggs from being released. This doesn't take effect until after 48 hours from taking the first dose. So using other preventive alternatives until than should be taken to prevent pregnancy. This actually got my cycle regulated. And I noticed I haven't bled on my cycle as much.

Therefore, obtaining birth control regularly was unobtainable for me. Also, the last time I was on birth control, I had awful side effects. Not with this product! No side effects and affordable. They should have an app that reminds you to take the pill and other information available for your body changes during these times.

This is an estrogen, free birth control pill that can be purchased at most drug stores. It actually runs cheaper than many birth control options do if you were to have a prescription. This is a huge win and I hope it only begins our journey to equal healthcare access.

I did get my next menstrual. So we will see if it helps in that department. I Normally get horrible cramps but I did not this time so that is already a plus. I plan to use this next 3-6 months as I know it can take 3-4 months for it to effect my menstrual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opill's Norgestrel Daily Oral Contraceptive tablets are nice and small, making them very easy to swallow, even for individuals who struggle swallowing pills. Additionally, it is pretty easy to remember to take one pill a day. And, with them being available without a prescription, they are easier to obtain than other BC pills. On the down side, I experienced some very rough side effects. I was constantly nauseous, often with a headache and dizziness. On top of that, I gained a double chin while taking these pills--not gaining any weight elsewhere on my body. The Opill made me feel confident that I would be able to participate in “activities” with my husband and not have to worry about getting pregnant. Had no side effects that I noticed.
