I've never been on a birth control before, but I have heard of the side effects it often brings. I didn't notice any irregularities in my menstrual cycle, no weight gain, or a change in my acne (my skin is already sensitive lol). I still use protection when engaging in sexual intercourse so I can't attest in it's effeftiveness that way, but I haven't had any accidents. The first few weeks of use, I did experience some minor stomach discomfort from nausea. Everyone different, so I can't speak for all, but it's a nice alternative for those who want thr OTC option.

When i first started taking them i would take them in the am with some water. They dont have a taste to me and are very tiny so they are easy to take. The first month i did break out bad from them. The second month i only had some issues here and there with dizziness but it wasnt so bad. It did help me they did work for me.
