I have PCOS and deal with pelvic pain, and Opill actually helped ease the discomfort I usually feel throughout the month. The only downside for me was not always knowing when my cycle would start, even with taking it at the same time daily. Surprisingly, my cycle felt more regulated after stopping. It also comes with a more detailed instruction leaflet and a small card so you don’t forget to take the pill at the same time you set. Speaking from my experience, I took them for almost the entire month, and most of the time I had nausea and headaches, gained weight and broke out in acne.
