I have been on birth control since I was 15. Didn’t notice big change in my period or my symptoms on my period. Overall I don’t think I would take again. Sticking with original birth control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Opill for about three months now, so I figured it’s a good time to share how it’s going. First off, the fact that you don’t need a prescription is a huge convenience. Getting a doctor’s appointment and a prescription always felt like a hassle. With Opill I could pick it up and get started immediately.  Also, I’ve found that it’s really effective in the materials I read it said when taken exactly on time every day it’s about 98 % effective.  In my personal case, I feel like I’ve been much more relaxed about unwanted pregnancy risk (while still being responsible). What I deal with: It wasn’t totally smooth sailing though. The first week I had a pretty bad headache one morning. I saw other reviews mention similar stuff.  Fortunately it went away after a couple days. Also, my period pattern shifted a little spotting here and there, a lighter flow some months. That seems to be common for progestin only pills like this.  Finally, I do have to really take it at the same time every day. If I mess up the timing by even a few hours I worry about missing efficacy. I’m glad I switched to it and it’s been one of those “right decision” little wins. Just know what you’re signing up for: the timing matters, side effects are mild but real, and you still might want to check in with your healthcare provider about your overall options.

My body tolerated them very well, I feel calm and relaxed, I haven't experienced any unpleasant side effects, and my hormone levels are perfectly balanced.

I generally don’t do good with BC pills. I get mood swings and migraines. The pill has no after taste and dosage was good.

Not sure on the duration as I gave these to my niece, but I know that they will work great and it’d be helpful for her for a while

I’ve tried several different prescriptions for birth control, and they all made me sick- as if I had the flu. This did the same this for me unfortunately. If you don’t have a weird reaction to it like me, give it a try!! I love that it is available over the counter, and has 3 months in one box. I really wish it would have worked for me.

Took for one month and did not experience any symptoms. Pills come out with ease and does not have a cumbersome package. Did not notice any nausea or stomach cramping. Convenience easy and was able to store in my small cross body. Would recommend this product.would rate this5/5 stars. Pills are small enough to take without difficulty. Pill went down easily. No bloating noted. Didn’t experience any unexpected bleeding or cramping. This is a good product. Instructions are clear!
